Steven Y. Han, Principal Attorney

Steven Y. Han represents individuals and corporate clients in both state and federal courts in business litigation and corporate transactions.   Mr. Han has acted as lead counsel in trials, both jury and court, as well as in arbitrations and administrative proceedings.  He has represented clients in litigation matters arising in a variety of contexts, including disputes concerning breach of contract, partnership disputes, nondisclosure, employment and wage and hour laws, intentional interference with contract, fraud, conversion, embezzlement, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair business practices, intellectual property and trademarks, and non-dischargeability disputes.

Mr. Han is also experienced in handling transactional corporate and real estate matters, for both individuals and business entities, including purchase and sale agreements, corporate formations and dissolutions, partnership agreements, lease agreements, and employment agreements.

Mr. Han also handles immigration matters including temporary visas (F-1, J-1, etc.) as well as permanent residency (EB-2).

Mr. Han received a B.A. in U.S. History, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1993, and received his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 1999.  At Hastings, Mr. Han was a member and editor of the Communications and Entertainment Journal.
